@TheSuperNerd,
Beautiful tactical formation scenarios you built up there with your usual thorough analysis. Please, if our captain in Ahmed Musa is so inevitable as claimed by the coach, how come his role or impact is never mentioned by you. Because if other players are to be in his shoes, they would be dispensed with totally. We once had Ekong, omeruo, Shehu, Balogun etc., left out in the past for not playing at club level not to talk of being clubless. Is this not a lie in disguise. How come our football administrators & tacticians are not looking in the same direction or tactical scenarios as decribed by you. All they think of is what is coming in for them. Why do they like fire brigade approach so much and constantly running around in the same circle.

This is very ridiculous if that's the case, how can it take months to issue passport to someone? Jeez
Is it not Nigeria. Inefficiency at work as usual. They always give excuses for everything. As long as it has government control, just know that when they want it done, it would be done. Otherwise they will just be deceiving you. Checking the Nff list above, you'll see S. Ajayi appearing twice as Defender & Midfielder. grin

Adebayo Adeleye is by far a better goalkeeper than Mathew Yakubu, Noble & Ezenwa. But his height will be a disadvantage. Nigeria German coaches tend to have a thing for Tall goalkeepers.

Should Iwobi leave Everton? He is becoming a permanent fixture on the bench. Even with James injured, Alex still couldn't make the team. I hope he bounces back strong for next season. Could a side like Aston Villa, Brighton, Southampton or Palace suit him better?
Too sad for him. But to be candid, Iwobi needs to have a good graps of positional discipline. If you are a winger, play as a winger. But the moment you start to occupy the space of the central attacking midfielder, then you are creating an imbalance in tactical formation. Sometimes you'll be wondering whether he's playing as a 10 or as a 7.

My guy leave matter, it is not disrespect it is a sign of respect that we want to play them now we have a better team on paper at least.

When they had a midfield of Appiah, Muntari and Essien and we were managing them Kaita, Ajilore, Etuhu etc and they were beating us upandan we didnt complain....bring them please. grin
Well, football is never played on paper. And our defeats in the hands Ghana by far pre-date the generation you mentioned above. History always tell a long tale. Respect to whom it's due.

Funny how some people on this thread under-rate Ghana. I have watched Nigeria-Ghana rivalry over the years, close to 40 years precisely. Only a yesterday's child will talk cheaply about Ghana even if they assembled a first eleven of local players. Please, let's give respect to whom it is due.

Thanks for the compliment bro. If you want CCcam that open those transponders on your say 90cm dish @ 16e, you won't get it there. But if you are looking for CCcam to open some sats be it in europe or middle east with big dish, then goodluck. You 'll have to buy to watch those transponders on small dishes so get forever server boxes or find Tvsat CCcam dealers around.

Transfermarkt valued Sadiq Umar at €8m. But Almeria put him at a staggering €80m base on regaining topflight status. Anything can happen its european football. Just wondering, what will a player like say Patson Daka valued at €20m by transfermarkt be valued by RB Salzburg?

nothing good comes easy. Moving to a better club in turkey or league will enhance his chances for a call up
That's good. But an excellent player should be invited to the National Team irrespective of the football club he plays for, league he plays in or its country. Talent should count. Whether local or overseas. It is the talent or the potential of the player that matters. What a player has to offer the team is why he should be scouted. For instance, Madagascar beat Nigeria at last Afcon with players from no noteworthy club. And since the Egyptian national team started craving for foreign talents, the synergy players from Al Ahly, Zamalek & Ismaili offers are no more there. Infact, their achievement in Africa has greatly nosedived.

8. Awaziem
9. Aina/Zaidu(Echiejile)
10. Collins(Idowu)

Midfield
11. Ajayi(Ogu)
12. Ndidi

@Basco.
I like this clip. A player like this should be encouraged & promoted in the National team. If i were the coach, i have just found a new attacking style in midfield. This guy will take the ball down to the opponent box with amazing mazy pace.

Jordan Torunarigha returns to the Hertha Berlin First XI as they get set to take on Awoniyi's FC Union Berlin away in the Bundesliga.

Awoniyi is still out injured while Super Eagles Prospect, Jordan returns to the starting lineup for the first time since he last made the First XI on February 5th in a game against Bayern where he picked up the Injury that kept him out until his recent return on March 21 off the bench before the International break.
If this guy play for Nigeria, he's definitely gonna retire Jamilu Collins from the National team. He is way better playing leftback.

Great work. But you still need wire or clip to bind those lnbs you taped below the primary lnb. With wear & tear due to weather condition, they will lose signal if you don't bind them.

Someone pointed it out at the bar where I was watching.

He just needs some Tactical and fitness refinement and he can be a quality talent.

Really impressed with him.
To me, tactical and technical refinement i will say. He doesn't look like he has fitness issue. He is a quality talent with lot of potential. Great skill, speed, grit and shields the ball very well. Just needs to not be too anxious to impress. If he is serious career wise, he would go very far.

I disagree with this statement. It was just a freak accident. He was never targeted in order to break his leg. That's not true. Was Babatunde too targeted for his broken arm by Onazi.
