i must commend this is a great help you are doing for us all this threads has you put in more light on many dark issues, God bless you more. To my story, am 35yrs, i keeping have irregular circle since past 7yrs now. at some months, its 28days circle, others at 35, 39, 24 and the longest 45days circle. done hormonal analysis test,resulted the FSH and Prolactin levels are normal, LH level is elevated but very low oestradiol and progestrone with FSH/LH ratio is 1.5(POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME ANOVULATION).

I also did HSG, resulted as normal HSG, PATENT FALLOPIAN TUBES, UTERUS IS PRESERVED, SMOOTH, BOTH FALLOPIAN TUBES WERE DELINEATED FULLY WITH FREE PERITONEAL SPILL. The doctor gave series of medications then in which the period began normally but i could not get pregnant yet, but on stopping the medications, the irregularity started again. now for the past 6 months i have been on primolut N and 30 microgram to keep the period coming in which the doctor said chances of getting pregnant is slim with continuos use of the drugs.

My questions: what can i do to regulate my monthly circle without continous use of medications every month, and how best can you advise of how to get pregnant with this conditions as am 5 years married and getting worried on issue of babies.

The question is this...I saw my period on the 11th of october last year but I had sex abt 4-5 days or more before dat but nothing less than that. Throughout that month, I dint av any pregnancy symptoms but in november 3rd-5th, I had sex again and noticed my period dint come this november. I startd having pregnancy symptoms on the 20th of november. I did a pregnancy test and it was positive. Please, I wld lyk 2 know when do you think I got pregnant? In october or in november? Berylmoi: Please Drs, I need your help. I was diagnosed of Staph aureus (moderate yeild) last year through cultured HVS and was placed on Doxycyline for seven days with no effect. Late last year I went for another test and this time Strep was also discovered, alongside the former infection and I was placed on Ciprofloxacin for another seven days. Few days ago, the symptoms came back again and I'm frustrated. Please, is there any advice on how to eliminate this disease before it does the worse damage?
N.B: I also went for a scan which revealed that I have PID. Any remedy for that, too? Thank you.

PE is not a disease, so a definitive cure is illusory. But what you can do is,
give it time, you'd learn to control your plateau then orgasm. Esp. If you are a newbie.
Also, try getting comfortable with your/a partner, multiple sexual partners woulndt help.
Try not overtly arousing yourself before the intercourse if you do you'd be half-way up pleasure town before she gets on board.
If after 6months of regular unipartner sex, symptoms persist. Go see a doctor. There are drugs that can help.

I live a vry health life style(I dnt smoke,drink etc). Plz wat can I do 2 make ma menses regular(28-30 day cycle).

My period began the 28th or 29th of January 2013 and now it hurts when I pee. I usually have light spotting 1-2 days right before my period. The bleeding I have is not light. My mother says it might just be stress since emotional stress plays a role in my period cycle. I'm sorry if you have answered this question before. I would like an answer as soon as possible. I am planning on trying to wait a 24 hr period to see if I feel better by 5 pm Wednesday (February 13) and make an appointment for Thursday late afternoon at my college's health center.

I got a friend who had 3 abortions when she was in her teens. Over the years she battled with various vaginal infections, now she is 29 and ready to have a family in fact she want children like yesterday. She is been married for 2years , lives outside the country and gets to see her husband for some weeks every quarter of a year. She is 5.38 inches tall and and 171.9 lbs. Regular periods of which vary from 28 to 31 days, a doctor told her that she might have very mild endometriosis (whatever that is?) and now she taking some herbal supplement containg chasteberry , Poke wood and ladies Mantle. What can she do to improve her chances of getting pregnant as she is very desperate.
