Imo State 3/10

Enugu State 7/10

Anambra State 8/10

Rivers State 4/10 (this is even so because of what the noisemaker accomplished as a PDP governor. He hasn't lifted a pin ever since he switched.)

Crossriver state 6/10

Here in Rivers, i rate Amaechi 7.5. Not bad actually.
So far, he is the best governor/administrator of rivers in recent times.

Three working weeks in Rivers state and I had it! From our industrial estate in Trans-Amadi to our oil rich Eleme/Akpajo, I just couldn't breathe.
Aside the works he did, emphasis is on "did" in education and health, rivers state is a bad case. No security, no road, too much tax with nothing to show for it etc. Amaechi should be ashamed.

Were u in Ph before he became governor?
If not u Av no point.
For Eleme /Akpajo, u will need to talk to Jonathan. It's the fools road.
For tran-amadi, there is a reason why I never gave him 10/10.
For tax, what makes it too much, u have no basis.
Any other?
I insist that so far he is the best governor/administrator in recent times. Can he still do more, of cos he can.

Kwankwaso of kano state

1 education
thousands of youg people on foreign undergraduate and postgraduate schoolarship
new state owned university- north west university
build new special 'kwankwasiyya' blocks in hundreds of primary nd secondary schools across the state
introduced 'free' education for ALL

2 health
renovated all the state hospitals

3 infrastructure
massive roads contruction projects all over the state including bridges ( for the first time in the state)

3 housing
3 housing estates

4 financial prudence
raised the internally generated revenue profile of the state from 500M a month to over 2Bn a month
reduced the monthly salary of public servants from 2Bn to 1Bn without sacking any worker in fact he employed more and increased the salary of some civil servants

There are alot more and will update when i remember.
All these despite the security challenges in the state.
For these I am rating kwankwaso of kano state 9 out of 10, this is because i believe in improvement. The next governor should do more to get 10.

[b]The vital issue u didn't put into consideration is the cumulative. That is what this thread is all about.
First tenure was a huge success no doubt about that and my posts substantiated that, second tenure he started slow but obviously picking up now and he has to just to sell his party to the people. My statements have been consistent till date.

Does politicking stops development? Ur assumptions is baseless considering the fact that u aren't on ground.
Even in the midst o serious politicking, projects are constantly being commissioned and the popular one of recent was when obj came to town that attracted criticism. We have govs in this ss who aren't even doing anything or initiating projects despite aving free political atmosphere.

What about the various agricultural projects, are they not done in the midst of politicking? Till date, he continues to work in the midst of serious opposition. That to me alone is a huge plus. Many of his colleagues will just down tools and take it as an excuse.

If in first tenure, he is given 10/10 and so far in second tenure given 5/10, what will be the cumulative till date?

Be patient in understanding issues first before making skewed conclusions.

I stand by my ratings which is 7.5/10.
To me, it's fair and he remains the best governor of Rivers in recent times..[/b]
