communication is key! how do people know what you are doing or not doing? if people have to probe to get update then there is communication gap. a simple banner that says IMPROVEMENT AND REVIEWS IN PROGRESS is sufficient. i notice how many times youe clients have come here wondering what is going on. Make "proactive" communication part of the improvement.
