I'm finding it hard to believe this ranking with North Korea being so down in the ranking and South Korea being way ahead of them. Anyone should be educate me on this because I've been made to believe North Korea is a military country and could easily erase the whole of South Korea If the South doesn't get help from US and other world Powers.
