As for the target being black youths...what better target? Many black youths are told from infancy that society has "done them wrong" and is prejudiced towards them, will try to hold them down etc etc (and while there is certainly truth to this, it is not by any means the entire story)...the soil is already fertile for planting & growing further seeds of hate.
