Most of the traders in ladipo are tenants.they pay rent to indigenous owners of the place .many of them actually sleep in their shop as they do not have alternative accommodation.
talking about building the market,Ladipo market has been there from time immemorial .the first ibos to come into the market and most other markets are omo lanke pusher(push trucks).
