I dont see anything that is suggestive of war in this. Rather it a responsible gesture from a govt to its citizen to make them better in those fields listed. This should be emulated by other state govt. And as i have said in another thread, i want to say again that easterners and westerners must work together if this country will have to take its right place in committe of nations. We need to work together to restle the country from our oppressors who are not necessarily northerners, but our elders who have sold our right for a bowl of poradge. Generations of awolowo and ojukwu children may never need to work in there life time because our wealth resides in there families.
