How does this your ranting change the fact that Ogun's IGR is more than double Abia's which is the highest in the SE?

How does it change the fact that Osun has a higher IGR than Ebonyi, Enugu, Anambra and Imo?

How does it change the fact that Ekiti has a higher IGR than Enugu?

While responsible states like Edo are investing in their people for communal growth, wasteful states like Anambra is donating cars to traditional rulers and constructing roads in army barracks.

Another state, Enugu just donated about 700 cars to jobless youths, this is for their empowerenent.

I wonder how they measure empowerement in East. I want to see a table giving me statistical data on youth empowerement..I hiope Enugu is on top, assuming we find any serious statistician can measure empowerement absent of productivity and gainful employment.

Eastern governing principle my a***.
Ekiti state with her meagre allocation is layering optic fibre cables everywhere.
Ekiti state has surveillance camera scatter across the state capital Ado- Ekiti and still installing.
Ekiti was the first state in Nigeria to give out laptops and made it mandatory for all senior high school students to have laptops as pre-requisite for admission unlike the best Igbo governor who barely 3 months to end his tenure started giving laptops to whoever. its called Igbo philosophy but we call it 'damage control'

How does this your gibberish change the fact that yorobarland is a big slum with mud houses?

how does it change the fact that the beggars in Ibadan is by far more than what we have in south east?

how does it change the fact that the FG is building amaljiri schools for ur homeless kid thrown out due to extreme poverty?

how does it change the fact that CBN introduced cashless banking in anambra and abia due to high cash movement while none in ur five states of south west?

how does this change the glaring fact that no state in yorobar is as beautiful as Enugu or owerri?

how does it change the fact that 70% of ur youths are either agbero or omonile?

Where were you when this subject was discussed at length?

Zik was instrumental in Njoku and Dike's position.. As was with everything else in that era that the Ibo man was believed by Zik to be better than any other Nigerian, qualified and tenured professors of Yoruba stock were stepped over to install an Ibo man from underneath them. Achebe himself was tutored by Yorubas and in fact introduced to creative writing through a group called Mbari Mbayo. Achebe, Okigbo, Clark and Soyinka were some of the members. Mbari Mbayo was sponsored by a German researcher in UI, Uli Beier, who also happened to be Suzanne Wenger's husband. Yorubaland was surrogate for all Ibo scholars that achieve fame in one form or other.

Liar!!!! why do you guys lie so much? so Achebe benefited from yorobar wack substandard educated and was able to attain that height in literature? Ibadan was a colonial school (a campus of university of London) and was not built by awo the otapiapia taker. Achebe went to Ibadan on scholarship from eastern government to study medicine but later changed to literature mid way though he lost the privilege eventually and he his elder brother paid his tuition fees till he was out of there.

Poverty manifests itself in many ways, in the south east it results in baby factories, kidnapping, armed robberies and counterfeiting.

In the south west especially among those whose religion permit it, there is begging.

EKITI STATE begins FIBRE OPTIC CABLE deployment

In the bid to actualise the Ekiti Digital Transformation Programme , the state government has started laying fibre optic cables in designated areas .
Governor Fayemi performed the ground - breaking ceremony of the first phase of the project for Ado- Ekiti, the state capital, recently, noting that the project is the outcome of the Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) signed between the government and IPNX Nigeria Limited in June.
The exercise , which is in line with the administration ’ s initiative of transforming Ekiti into a digital state , he said , is expected to enhance effective internet connectivity .
Fibre optics cable is the fastest means of transmitting data . A single strand of fibre cable can transmit up to 100 gigabits per sec , making it possible to simultaneously carry video, internet and telephone calls .
Due to its capacity for almost limitless data speed , fibre- optics is the true enabler of broadband services. With broadband infrastructure based fibre optics being available in Ekiti State, the foundation is being laid for a transformation in the way Ekiti residents live , work, do business and play.
The first phase will cover about 8km from the Government Data Centre to Tantalizer, Fajuyi Park, Bank Road, State Secretariat , GRA Onigariand Christ ’ s School axis .
Essential services that will be provided through the fibre cable in the areas covered include : high speed internet access to home and offices at an affordable price ; Wi - fi hotspot at Fajuyi Park telephone call services; Video Conferencing; Cable TV on demand (with many channels ); Safe city security cameras ; e- Education ; and e- Health .
