Even you that's a Dr in Zoology must have forgoten so many things considering the fact that you have been out of service for a long time how much more hiring young doctors with no experience(just thinking u may employ new ones cos I don't see the sense in sacking the doctors when their is no sure replacement for them)

I thought this people were on strike for the past two months? What difference does the sack make? Government had to fill position,that have been opened for almost two months now. Unless, the resident doctors were working, the hospital system has lost nothing.
