I have reservations on the candidacy of Wike, no doubt but what I can tell you is that he's a real grassroots mobiliser and even Amaechi fears his crude abilities. Did you see the population that received him at the airport on Friday?
Let's not argue over which party that has more supporters but at the right time, Rivers people will respond as appropriate.

The bolded just corroborated my earlier contributions. He actually has no crude abilities other than arming small boys and getting federal backing to unleash mayhem on anyone found to have different views from them. The truth is that Amaechi has pleaded with Rivers people not to react when provoked and that is why there seems to be uneasy calm. Go to Etche today and see what is happening there courtesy GDI. Markets have been closed and businesses abandoned. Politics should be played with safety of the masses at heart and not do or die affair.
