Livestock can be replaced, but you don't kill a man's 5 or 6 children and then give him new children. That's wickedness. I remember a story in the media a few years ago when armed robbers in Boston entered the home of a physician while he was away at work, tied up his two teenage girls, shot the mother in the head and then shot the girls.
