Let me explain it to you this way- your star/sun sign is not all there is to a person's astrological makeup. Well, I guess it depends on who you ask. I know it as the 24th, not the 23rd.

I just checked cafe astrology (it's the most reliable astrology site) & they say it's the 23rd BUT it depends on the year. So it can go both ways. The 23rd & the 24th.
