Hello guys! I've been a guest to this Great Forum for sometimes now! And I must confess that Nairaland is one of the best things that has happened to me. At this point, I said to myself that I'm in charge of my body Not the little man down there. I gave myself a break of one week to see if I can with stand the temptation of masturbating after I made up my mind. Today being 7th of August made it 2 months I last self serviced. Indeed, I am now a new Man! Old things has passed away! I feel happy and more responsible now. I know a lot of folks out their are still into this mess! My advice is never force yourself to quit! Because I tried that severally, never worked! Instead, it became worse. Focus on Reading the NEGATIVE effect of masturbating! Than the positive side. With that, you can decide wether to quit or continue. Lastly, I thank God for his ever unending Grace that helped me to overcome this mess.
