Dakuku and his APC won election in both Eleme and Opobo/Nkoro LGA's, yet you ppl are quick to conclude that "NO election held in Rivers State."

Or are u guys implying that Dakuku rigged election in those two LGA's which he won, yet APC in Rivers were very quick to conclude that no election held in Rivers?
