The fault is from the woman. She didn't train her children well. If not, a 12yrs old girl is expecting her menses in a year or two and so, she is suppose to take care of herself and her siblings. At 12, a woman should be able to do most house work and even cook some food. Bath herself and her siblings. That wife has not giving her kids proper upbringing. A 12yrs old child is suppose to be in JS 1 so who will bath her in school?
In the case of fingering, I don't believe it because someone that can't bath herself is not supposed to know what fingering is.
