Lemme just add; Before buying all the equipment listed by the op i'd advice you to buy "Nature field Adam desire capsule". Take one daily while doing this exercizes. You'd be amazed by the results in a couple of weeks/months. Thank me later grin

And also reduce intake of sugar/don't take at all if you can. Stop wearing over-tight boxers/pant..your joystick needs fresh air..besides it shrinks joystick in some cases
