Yes Nigeria is all that and more as you have described her, however, even at that, revolution is possible.
However, we are just not ready, cos as someone mentioned earlier, situation is just too volatile at the moment and nothing will be achieved

Do you honestly believe that situation will mellow in the future

Instead of the Nigerian masses physically rebelling against the leaders, a rebellion that will leave the masses of Nigerians dead or hurt, the masses must rebel instead against the lies and ignorance created by the gouvernment which keep the minds of Nigerian people imprisoned and their mental strength weak. To make it plainer, the only rebellion the Nigerian masses can win at this time is a mental revolution, which will put the Nigerian masses in mental power. Then they will have the power to do anything else that may be necessary for complete liberation and well being.

very true, however, Readiness to the revolution means people should be ready to shed blood and be ready to be killed and at the end of it all, there is a possibility that those that take the power or come to power will still be as uselessly useless.
There is a need to re-education of the mind of the people and re-alignment of how we think and what we want from and can do for our nation.

Diversity is indeed our strenght if and only if the right governance structure is in place. . .otherwise our diversity becomes our greatest weakness as is the case today.

The only inetgration that is feasible is economic integration; not cultural, political or military

No peaceful split? Civil war it is then. . . . . . . . . And I can assure everyone that this war would cause a stalemate, then we will split peacefully after the North knows the game is over. Those are the guys keeping us together.

Ezeagu, I am not quite sure anymore based on Nairaland experience that the North is the problem or the north is actually the ones against split. Just read one or two postings on Nairaland alone, you may have to re-evaluate your thinking.
Remember the Obasanjo's Abuja conference? When it got to the issue percentage derivative for crude oil producing areas, tell me who killed the idea of propsed 25-50% derivatives to the surprise of the Southern delegates? It wasn't the north, was it?

I have learnt a lot based simplying on reading stuff on Nairaland- the actual mindset of Nigerian, the closet hatred that is deap sited. Nairaland have convinced me that Nigeria is not a nation and will never be in a million years

There will be no revolution until these manipulative pastors are burnt alive. They are the ones who tell people to "wait for God's time" while they cruise in luxury cars purchased by thieving politicians.

How can we have a revolution when Daddy G.O, Papa and their pals are controlling the elite with their scatalogical sermons?
