I won't tell u not 2 cry.....plz cry cos u will feel much after . I know it sounds odd. But it works Best. Whenever I cry , I pray & talk 2 my God......seeking his succour at my darkest hr. I really talk 2 him & wake up d nxt day feeling better. My dear, if possible change environment 4 a while, cos bottled up stress is really unhealthy.
I have Been in ur state numerous times , even stopped praying & was like this last month. That's one of d reasons I skipped ttcing this previous month plus my bp was quite high.
Plz......don't lose hope, be strong & U shall overcome

lavivaavril , take the bitter leaf as often as you can in a day. I took 3x a day for 4days. Blossomedcherry took twice daily or so but reduced it to once later cos she was stooling. Its up to you. Generally, too much of anything may become harmful. So if its just for 10days and you dont already have low blood pressure, you should be able to drink 2x or 3x daily.

Just bare your mind to God nd try as much as possible to carry ur husband along with wteva emotion u r feeling. Each day I ask for Gods peace and calmness over my life. I am not perfect but I'm a work in progress. Very soon we wld carry out Samuels to the house of God for dedication in Jesus name. Cheer up God is our strength and pillar.

I wouldn't like to waste money doing the 2, so I'll like to go for the most detailed one pls. Any comment will be appreciated pls. Echo scan in Abuja charges 5k for tvs as opposed to the 3k for pelvic uss(maybe it's more expensive cos it's better?).
