Nigeria will remain united. People need to start taking politics and voting seriously. We are the reason Nigeria isn't functioning as best as it could. If there is anything we should clamor for, it is true federalism, so that state leaders on the ground can have greater flexibility of development. |

the best solution is to build a great wall that will cut off the north from the west east and south just like the wall america is planning to build across the border of mexico. the north can continue to be backward with their religious sentiments and underdevelopment while we progress 7 Likes |

I experienced the discrimination in this entity called Nigeria firsthand! Iram Igbo married to Edo and never supported Biafra or division of the country but now I do! An injustice was meted to me and members of my community in Lagos here and the case bordered on extortion by some people who are mainly Yorubas laying claim to govt road and using that as a means of extortion and walled off our street thereby forcing residents to use unmotorable bush path.. We petitioned Physical planning Alausa who confirmed the illegality by issueing two contravention notices to the perpetrators. Subsequently they changed the story perhaps after brown envelops exchanged hands or favour to their kinsmen since most of us in my street are non-yorubas. We petitioned Gov Ambode's office, reported to NHRC and Min of Justice yet no feedback or response from them!!! One Nigeria is sham! 8 Likes |

While you're here forming intelligent, your politicians are running to APC for crumbs from Federal govt. but you'll cry about yorubas as if you came to this world together Nonsense! No more juicy position for igbos like it was under GEJ. Everyone to your tent now 2 Likes |

successmatters: There is nobody in the southwest that is blocking IPOB? But that is not to say we are going to fight alongside IPOB for them to achieve their aspirations. It is your aspiration, it is your fight. We, Yorubas will not fight your battles for you. We will fight our own battle when we are good and ready. Sincerely if you ask me, I will say the Igbos did not learn anything from the civil war and you are not ready to be a nation. When you convinced all your tribesmen building mansions in Lagos and Abuja and convince the Ijaws to join your fight, then you will be ready to stand as a nation. Anything short of that, you are just fooling yourselves. As we use to say back in school, it is OYO - on your own. 1 Like |

Who takes this old irrelevant dinosaur serious? The same man who promised to win the south west for Gej after collecting millions from the IB and Prado suvs.Nigeria 's political leaders are the amongst the major problem this country is facing so long as they are not punished for the various corrupt practices which they engage in ,Nigeria can be broken into one hundred pieces nothing will be achieved unless we fight corruption head on |

If only those calling for breakup knows the full implication of that. Imagine the country breaks up, tell me, into how many parts? Is there a part or tribe that gets along? Or does the Igbos think for a minute that the Ijaws will let then dictate to them and vice versa. Or the Fulanis get along with Hausas? We can go on and on. So people should think before clamouring for secession. Because it's not mutually exclusive to anyone and it will only lead to upheaval, violence and more upheaval. |
