U can't use ur 69X as modem. Some have come here claiming such but non has been able to prove it. If it was 69Z, and the HD decoders with ethernet port, u might be able to view youtube, etc on them. But no browsing.

Look for a CTL dealer around ur area.

To maximize a 1.8m dish will entail u motorise it. And with two C band and one ku lnbf, u might be hitting more than two hundred channels. Maybe for this, u might need the help of someone very experienced

Try to download new software and upload via PC. It might solve the glitch.

You really don't need any box to box jargons, all you need is power up your receiver then follow the instruction by selecting your Language, then go to menu, installation, (if using diseq, select your diseq)go to manual scan, select your satellite type and be scrolling through your tp's u will get to where your normal tp with green colour then "SCAN" there you go....

I dont know the actual version u want, but i tried googling it for u. The absence of a version didn't help matters. But try these two links and if u still need help, come back and drop the version u already have let take it from dia.

Hope u are familiar with receiver upgrades. When u download, most times u have to extract the file if its a .rar file or unzip if a .zip file before upgrading. Regards.

. No need to downgrAde jst go to wizkid.persiangig.com nd download the same stb dat u downloaded thru OTA. It works fine and even carries newspaper.

First u've got to download the file. Den if it's a .rar file, extract the contained file from it. If a .zip, unzip the file.
Now if ur decoder has a usb port for data transfer. All u've got to do is to copy the file into ur usb and plug to ur receiver. Plug it on and scroll around the menu's. U should see the option for upgrade/data transfer/software update,something like dat. Den follow the menu and it should be good. If dia's no usb port, den it'll require a pc to receiver transfer.

NB: make sure u use generator wen upgrading so dat PHCN doesn't cut u short and by extension ur receiver.

Also got to system information on ur box and check the software version and compare to the one u are about using so u dont end up downgrading instead of the intended upgrade. Regards.
