If you are sure the baby is not yours, you don’t have to do that or even lead her on by going to tests with her.

Ultrascan as regards your case will show you the baby if any..they can measure the size and the program will give a rough estimate of the date of conception. This can confirm or rule you out as the father. So you get all the answers (if she is pregnant and if its yours) you need in an instant.

A blood test can confirm if she is pregnant but wont tell you how old the prenancy is.
