Today, Tuesday 13th July 2010, at 16:14, our baby girl came into this world, albeit 13 days late!

Nairalanders, please wherever you are, give thanks and praises to God, for the safe delivery. I was present all through, and can say it was the most nerve-racking experience ever, but well worth it. 

She weighed 7lbs / 13.5 oz, was 49 cm. We have named her Sienna Oghenerukevwe Gbudje. My babies are doing just fine, still in hospital though for routine observation, will both be home on Thursday.

I don't mind at all. Birth was by CS. There wasn't really much choice, as she'd kicked about so much, she'd gotten the cord wrapped round her left leg! So each time she kicked, she was stretching it, and cutting off her blood supply.
