The 'first lady' is not known to the Nigerian constitution. Mrs Patience Jonathan is the wife of the President and so what if she cannot read, write, blind, crippled or carries mouth and body odour?!!!

Please, a child with Cerebral Palsy has a disability and that child would not perform at an average of a child who is healthy. Same rule applies, Mrs. Jonathan doesn’t have Cerebral Palsy, she isn’t disabled nor has a disability that has affected her ability to read or write, so such exception does not apply to her.
