Before now I've not answered this topic directly. Let me attempt to do so.

The Feminine Liberation Movements message has become a confused one in the minds of so many people today both male and female and this is evident in some of the views that have been posted here. The basic message of the Feminist movement was to give women equal social status as men. This includes things like the right to vote and be voted for, the right to the same remunerations as men in the workplace, the right to every level of education and so on.

What has become confused is that these rights have come to make it seem like if men and women are the same. They are not. Don't get me wrong I didn't say equal I said same. For example a grape fruit is like an orange but they are not the same. A four wheeled caterpillar can take you from A to B like a car but they are not the same and will not be used for the same purposes.

You will have erroneous expections of the opposite sex if you believe that equality is sameness, Which is why people are confused of what to give and what to expect in relationships come marriages.

Now follow me since a woman is not a man what can you expect of her in a relationship or what can she contribute.

1. Empathic Care: Women are very empathic that is they know how to feel for you. Add that to a caring nature and you've got a person who will sooth your hurts in ways that you couldn't reach yourself. Some people say that this is neediness, weakness etc Really? Every man is an island right? LoL Please even businesses acknowledge the power of team work. Who is that miserly loner who doesn't need empathy? Even nurses are better if they are women.

2. Unique Communication: Someone people wants women to yarn like men on every issue. Wrong! Try squeezing apple juice from oranges you'll get better results. Women communicate like women. Period. What to do? Enjoy their unique communications. O I went to that shop, I saw that person, I ate this icecream. Women talk, just enjoy it. Don't substitute it for guy talk o! Thats frustration looming. Just enjoy it for what it is. Participate with some enthusiasm if you can if not just smile and laugh at their "silliness".

3. Sex: For those in sexually active relationships you know the hand can't beat the punny. Basic.


4. Support: You must be a truely privileged one if you've have never shed a tear or needed anything from others. For those of us who shed the occassional tear it is great to have support around right. Women play this role with ease because that is their designated role. Their empathy also helps so that sometimes even without talking to her she does something nice for you. Those dark times will make you value support the more especially when it is done with out grudge or selfishness.

There are other things women can and do bring to the table but let me stop here for now.

On the mistaken impression that relationship is not needed to get these things permit me to laugh a little and that shallow thought. Everyday some way some how you make and break relationships. How? For instance that customer service personel you spoke with you, initiated an exchange that allowed that a free flow of either service or information. This is relationship distilled to a basic form. Even if you went somewhere and stretched out money and without words you good was handed to you there was a relationship because that money spoke for you. The LovePeddler or escort or maid you hire still forms a relationship with you so spare me the bull. This is one reason harakiri and his ilk will never open their mouths to any lady they want to mate with and say, "Y'all are useless but I wanna do your vj".

On the issue of relationship again you must note that quality people and behaviour in any relationship business, social etc will bring about quality results. So first choose with care.
Next be yourself an example of the kind of quality you require and you'll see people respond back at you like that. Bring aggressiveness to the table and watch a fight blossom.

Once again WOMEN ARE NOT MEN AND VICE VERSA. STOP LOOKING FOR MANLY CHARACTERISTICS IN A WOMAN AND VICE VERSA.
