Ticking is what a time bomb would do if using older technology. I fear that the time bomb has no real way of hearing it. A country who's GDP is primarily based on fraud in default times of poverty is headed toward total destruction. The details of this or that are irrelevant if that country's stability is defined on vast periods of utter poverty. |
