I have positive confirmation that we shall be starting to form blocks on this decking from tomorrow morning. I will be shipping my workers into this site and they shall start laying blocks to form the upper ooms of this pretty house. The target is for very clean, well laid blocks that will meet the aim of the Spyder's team's 'continuous improvement' drive. I shall hand pick the brick layers whom will travel with me to this site.

We have over 500 blocks on site and I am still expecting at least 1000 more as we work. See you at the site, plenty pictures fom the site.

These are the remaining materials which we bought to complete the materials used during the decking of this house.

120 bags of cement @ 1820 = N218,400.00
2 trips of gravel @12000 = N24,000.00
reloading of gravel (labor charge) N800.00
5 trips of sand @8000 = N40,000.00
Water used for the whole decking N10,000.00
Transporting the cement N9,000.00
Loading/Offloading N2800.00
Labor for casting of the decking (all labors) N76,900.00

Initial conduit materials used before we bought pipes N8950

This will come to a total of N525,250.00, which when added to the previous total of N2,252,025.00, will raise the sum total of building this house to this decking level to N2,775,275.00

We still have the following materials left on the ground, which we are going to use in the upper stages.

10 bags of cement
5 lengths of 12mm rods
8 lengths of 10mm rods
1 1/2 trips of sand
1/2 trip of gravel.

We might start work again on this site by next week.

@ Kez007 and Baba Fhemmmy, true I can travel around to work but I will limit myself to the east of Nigeria for the time being.

On this site, my workers have set close to 800 blocks and counting. We have formed all rooms till the window level, by tomorrow some rooms will get to the lintel stage and we shall be getting the rods ready. There were minor adjustments we are making in the formation of the rooms and it will change the fontal view of the house. Still in talks with the landlord of this house.
