@Safe06; welcome back again. Yes o, if u don't mind, here are my quick questns; I stumbled on one previous post of urs about being placed on 'Danazole' (hope I got spelling) for 3months 4 adenomyosis. Was is 4d painful periods or d 'adeno' itself? Was there changes after then?
Also, I saw a post some1 shared with u about taking charcoal abi ashes 4 dis condition. Though I didn't get 2 see subsequent response probably due 2d tsunami on NL. Wat was ur take on dat? Is it 4 real? Baby dust.
@ Venus ndo biko. I was just annoyed the retard was attaching himself to my post like a bad infection and calling me sis. E no no where em keep em sister? There I go again! Sorry!
@moda I'll try and answer all ya questions
Lupron (danzaole) is to put the body in a state of temporary menopause? Why? Afterall na belle you de find. Cos whrn the body is a menopause state all the hormones are flat. Adeno (fibroids, polyps and most uterine growths) feed off estrogen and this method helps the uterus shrink from its bulky nature as the estrogen is cut off. Also the upside is that ur painful periods is also managed.
How did I manage it? I took lupron before my last ivf- it failed. Right now I'm trying my own home remedies (don't laugh now) I eat loads of ginger which is supposed to reduce estrogen. Is it working? I did hormonal assay and my estrogen was lowwwwww.
I'll post the rest in another post

@LadyG; pls don't allow unnecessary post dampen ur morale. It is well.
I use 2 tink adenomyosis was not treatable according 2 a gynae as I was once diagnosed of having bulky uterus due 2 adenomyotic tendencies. He told me pregnancy will take care of it & I actually waved it aside as trully I once conceived wit it. But ur post 2day is an eye opener 4 me & will really like 2 know if it can affect d success of ivf & how u managed yours.
Secondly, ur previous post said smtin about doing 'PGD'. Pls wats 'PGD' if I may ask? Baby dust
PGD- preimplantation genetics diagnosis. Simply means testing the embryos for genetic defects before Embryo transfer. Most popular for families with sickle cell and people doing sex selection. I had 4 early losses and did a karyotyp (genetic screening) and boom! Another bad news added- so with PGD after fertilization the embies are tested.

Yes you are right. For that 3 months nothing de happen- no ovulation. In some people AF stopsa sef.
As for the ginger, emmm I try to inculcate it into my everything. I have diff methods
1. I boil it with lipton and put in the fridge and its my drinkin water when I go to work
2. I wash the ginger and eat with the back ( its harsh for ist timers but after learning how to self injectn eating ginger is child's play now)
3. I use it to garnish my stew and anything that it can play a role in. DH loves ginger now (by fire by thunder. Lol)
Just google ginger benefits and see. It has a lotta benefits

@Safe06, I almost wanted to shed tear after reading this 'so many aches and pains have overtaken events' , but this passage readily comes to mind : Isaiah 61:3; To care for the need of all who mourn in Zion, give them BOUQUETS OF ROSES INSTEAD OF ASHES,......(The message translation). God is turning things around for you, get ready to receive the visitation from the ALMIGHTY GOD that will cause you to forget the seemingly ash-like situation now. You are blessed, hope you are still using that your email because I intend sending you a mail when am sure.

modaofnations, I read from many blogs that using lupron, danazol, decapeptyl etc for 3months to manage endometriosis, adeno or fibroids is good prior to ivf.in increases the chances of success. But taking it in other to manage the monthly pain for sometime and continue trying naturally only delays conception and doesn't improve pregnancy odds.

Your post made me laugh. If you are not a newbie and an irregular poster on this thread you would have known I don't have issues with giving out my email address to those who need it or request for it. Suremanparot is just a jobless young man who wants to be noticed. He doesn't scare me or anyone on this thread one bit. It would have been easier to ignore him but because we don't want newbies to fall for his scam hence we reply him once in a while so people can be guided. We have dealt with bigger fraudsters and cabal on NL before so patriot or parrot is too small.

The truth is that , this particular decision one only u can make but I can throw in some factors to consider to guide u
1. Why do you think the cycle failed? Hospital error or act of God?
2. How proffessional is the clinic?
3. Are you comfortable with them?
Then you also need to consider these factors
1. They already have ur records so its cheaper for u cos no need for new tests
2. They ought to give u a discount so back to the cheaper
So nne its for you to pray and be guided

@beautyforashes . Ginger and weightloss-yes
Ginger and infection? I don't think so. I know garlic and yeast infection

OK. May God favour you and sent you His ordained cordiantora in Jesus name.

I started my procedure but am canceling it cos my DH is traveling and its urgent. According to calculations, he will travel a week before the egg collection date. So we are putting it on hold till he return. We wanted to freeze the sperm but since we are trying out the best swimmers, freezing it might kill some few ones we have in the process of thawing. So we concluded to postpone.

I pray we all share testimonies with our kids before next year September. Amen.
Amen!
