The election tribunal is going to nullify Bola Tinubu election because he failed to meet the criteria stated in the 1999 constitution of Nigeria. In the election, Tinubu got 19% in the federal territory, Abuja instead of 25% required. So my advice to Atiku Abubakar is stick with the criteria as described in the 1999 constitution of Nigeria if you want election tribunal to decide this case in your favor. And stop flip flopping your position on the central reason for your appeal..

Controlling what? The moment the courts declare Tinubu's election null and void is the moment his control of whatever organs of governance stopped to exist. The army is loyal to the constitution of Nigeria, not to anybody.

Before the election, INEC Chairman vowed before the public that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results should be used during the 2023 General election.
The Electoral Act of 2022 was specifically made to discard the outdated and tamper prone manual collation of votes results. But you Tinubu people depended on and still cite the outdated portion of the constitution where manual collation of votes was allowed, as your crooked means to have Tinubu as president of Nigeria.
