Yes they are very united, what do you think NATO is, who do u think the major players are in investment banking? How many times have they ganged up against african  countries in the past and recently Libya

In regards to migration a united africa would ensure all africans irrespective of your country enjoy a set standard of living along with defense against  european invasion. Most impoverished african countries are capable of sustaining themselves with their  resources e.g Somalia Congo, Uganda. You also have to realize the price of these resources are dictated by the same europeans i.e the Stock exhange and WTO .
