We Catholics do not bow down and worship any image as god. .I am a Catholic,I dont care atall about the mode Catholics or Anglicans or any church whatsoever worship God.
I go to Church almost every Sunday,The sermon from my Rev.Father is so sweet,and believe me,the joy I derive on the day I go to Church and the days I didnt go cant be compared.
