Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by tunderule2016: 11:44pm On May 10, 2016
You are not allowed to get married on a visitor visa.. You can not appeal, as a visitor you should come out to do everything.... You have made your situation a bit complicated, i will suggest you come home to push in everything.

Plus I checked my refusal letter and found that I have right to appeal against refusal decision, and may be don't need an appeal hearing :

" you are entitled to appeal against this decision under section 82(1) of the nationality, immigration and asylum Act 2002. If you wish to appeal you must complete the attached IAFT-6 Notice of appeal form. an information sheet has also been provided...

If you decide to appeal against the refusal of this application, the decision will be reviewed with your grounds of appeal and the supporting documents you provide. You are strongly advised to complete all sections of the form and submit all relevant documents with your Notice of appeal, as it [ may be possible to resolve the points at issue without an appeal hearing. ]

Since the marriage ceremony was conducted in 2014(marriage laws had already been amended). The marriage should have not been conducted legally, considering the amendments in laws.
Your refusal is more a technical matter(whoever gave the authorisation for marriage, was negligent) considering the fact that a marriage CANNOT be conducted with a visiting visa.

The avoid all the hassle. Simply conduct a registry marriage in Morocco, meet all the prerequisites for a spouse visa application and simply reapply.
Best way 4ward

can you attach your appeal lette

You can appeal
4 months or less if overturned by ECM review, up to a year for tribunal hearing.
You need to print out the full wording of rejection letter.

Hi everyone .
"Withraw appeal letter"
Is this means that home office accepted the case, or they may refuse again?
And what percentage of acceptance or rejection?

It means that HomeOffice is not willing to take the case to tribunal, probably because you have provided new evidence which was not included in your first application. So they will contact you again for more information most likely to submit your passport for visa
