Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by oladunni4real: 8:38pm On Oct 26, 2016 |
his normal wage doesn't meet up with the financial requirement. the document i attached is that of extra hours included. lets do the calculation together. (8.45x33.25x4weeks) will give us 1123.85 every month without extra hrs. the extra hrs he did was what brought it up to meet up with the requirement. that is why i keep asking if that is okay before we go ahead to submit. no kids yet though. in due time by Gods grace. Thank you so much. |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Lexusgs430: 8:45pm On Oct 26, 2016 |
oladunni4real: Going by the word document, in a 12 month period the salary earned is the figure I am concentrating on, not unless your calculations are wrong. |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by oladunni4real: 8:50pm On Oct 26, 2016 |
the calculations are right going by what he has earned in the six months period 'including extra hours'. without extra hours will give us 1123.85 per month. i hope am not confusing you. |

on the payslips and bank statements, they are not separated from the normal wages. they are paid together but he has a letter confirming that he can work extra hrs and hw much he is paid during those hrs. |

wallg123: Tls never mentioned not yet sending your passport. They said that would get in touch, when your passport becomes available, but outcome would not be known. Abi Oga, you too dey try confuse me? Emails might have crossed. If Abuja Tls has collected, they would surely send. The time you have left, is less than the overall you have been kept waiting. ............ |

Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Lexusgs430: 9:13pm On Oct 26, 2016 |
oladunni4real: Concentrate on the 6 months prior to application(if the wage/bonuses/extras are consistent over six months),it's a good indicator over a 12 month period, which gives you more than the required figure. You have a contract of employment, letter from employer, bank statements and wage slips. All the perfect ingredients that cooks a good 'meeting the financial requirements' soup ............. |

oladunni4real: My friend tunderule2016, would interpret go go to mean something else. But I know what you mean, it's a GO. Just ensure all other documentations are water-tight. I know you have been doing your research and are well coordinated. Don't forget 'PRIORITY APPLICATION',not unless you are ready for emotional torture ..................... |

Lexusgs430:

there is something fishy with this wallg123 guy,i suspect something dont add up somewhere. How can tls say they have not submitted your passport. yours is to submit passport with call in letter and relax at this stage. if truly your appeal has been successful, you dont need to panic anymore. please come out in the open to seek advice from people here who are willing to offer you help free of charge. stop copying and pasting general emails from Ukvi, they send this everybody not just you. A word is enough for the wise...... |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by wallg123: 12:25am On Oct 27, 2016 |

I posted 2 different emails from 2 different bodies ... 1. from UKVi international inquiry team and 2.TLS centre abuja . ...... keep u flipping advice to urself @lightme |

Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Lexusgs430: 8:47am On Oct 27, 2016 |
oladunni4real: Read a few pages back, someone on this thread was refused uk & us visa in the past. Still applied for uk spousal visa, used priority application and visa was granted (within the priority application time limit). Draw inspiration from that applicant........... Take care. |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Lexusgs430: 8:52am On Oct 27, 2016 |
wallg123: Oga, the email from tls is simply a generic format. You have played your part, it's time for them too to play....... You have waited a very long time, application, denial, appeal etc etc etc I know emotions might be running high, but this battle is almost over. You would soon be receiving kisses and hugs, I dare not mention the other from your other half. Start packing and saying your goodbye's, soon and very soon, you would be checking out like Andrew....... |
