I think the toll is expensive not that there should be no toll, The reality in Lagos is crazy and demands some sort of action dat are somewhat anti people if you loom at it from a socialist view, Lekki landlords extort millions for rents and provide no insurance for their tenants incase the house flood etc,

These greedy landlords don't consider inflation rates, they just jack up house rents, The toll is a governments way of regulating things in my honest opinion. Lekki will become less attractive to renters within a year.
