Let me say I have been extremely lucky with this pregnancy. No symptoms at all. No nausea or vomiting. Just tiredness and breastpain(which is mild and only when I lie flat or press my boobs). I catch any odor around but don't feel nauseated by it. Though my food intake has Increased and I'm seriously adding some kgs but apart from this, I don't feel pregnant at all. This is actually to my advantage as we (my hubby and I) don't intend telling anyone (not even family members) till when my baby bump comes out. #10weeks+5

Wot u r xperincing is actually normal. Its part of d preggy package. Ull soon b fyn. As for d spitting, u can try chewing on minty gum, u can suck on bitterkola, crackers biscuit too helps. Some mama swear by guava and udara buh dy r out of season. Some spits till delivery buh I pray urs stop after d first trimester. Sorry ma. It will soon b a thing of d past.

U could be carring a boy.Had same symptoms wit u i.e no ms and gave birth to a boy.But I chop pepper no b small,had is linked too.

partly ondo and egba, but I learnt this soup from my grandma who is an egba indigene, how is Inioluwa doing, eku itoju.

God has been faithful. So far it's been nausea and loss of appetite, no real morning sickness. But for two weeks now, nausea has stopped and I'm starting to eat little by little.

But at 16 weeks now, i have this constant hunger which no food can quench, I'm yet to be able to take fruits, i crave for all the foods in Nigeria and so don't get to eat much, and I'm having some little cramps at the moment which is keeping me awake in the middle of the night. My sabi Mamas, pls just tell me it's all normal

You get it as per the Isapa tasting like meat, at times I used to pick all d Isapa in d soup and eat as meat before I even eat any meat or fish I use in cooking, but I like the dry Isapa than d fresh one.

As for the craving and eating u are not alone dear, the rate am eating this days it is as if am carrying double but na single, in fact as am typing, am just devouring my left over EBA yesterday, I can't hold it. Try and be taking fruits often, as for the cramp, be hydrated by taking much fluid, and also no harm in checking with your doc if the cramp still persist, it will end in praise.

Sabi mamas, pls I want ask, I still find it difficult to take ordinary water except cold water, at times ice sef, hope am good, and the rate am eating EBA though I eat other foods, but EBA is my best friend recently.
