For constipation, try to drink lots of water, eat many small meals instead of large meals.
For food, experiment. Try new flavours or eat foo you didnt like pre- pregnancy, eat out or have someone cook for you.
The crying part is your hormones at work.
Give someone to do what?..... i laugh in swahili....you never even start o... .

Jamesbridget13 you should be on folic acid already!!!!!!! Why wait till next week? Or better still get pregnacare original it has the right amount of folic plus other essential vitamins! January is too far biko, go to a hospital of your choice now and if they tell you to come back in January fine then.
