Even if it's organic, it will still pass through the same process. They all have an expiry shelf life and once they have expired, they are removed from the shelf.
And chicken is very cheap. Cheaper than red meat or fish abroad.

Fresh is not about duration alone but the added things like broth, preservatives etc.

Organic refers to chickens raised cage free without antibiotics. Our Farmer's market over here prepares the chicken right in front of us hence it is different than the filth being sold inside stores. Yes chicken is cheap but anything organic is almost doubled the price.

The only chicken over here we can compare to the chicken we eat in Nigeria is organic chicken, any other one na BOBO!
