The airline tickets are sold in Naira at a rate of N444 to a dollar. The airlines obviously cannot move Naira out of the country, thus they need dollars which CBN has not been making available to them.

Well yes, under certain assumptions such as
1) IELTS being written only once
2) Getting police clearance certificate from only Nigeria
3) Credential evaluation done only once, i.e. not a case of someone evaluating one degree first, then adding another degree or qualification later
4) Medicals done at Qlife and not IOM. IOM medicals is about 10k more expensive.
5) Your school's process of getting transcript sent to WES and also verification is not expensive (i've read posts of people whose schools demanded as much as 30k for transcript verification)

truly the estimate is roughly 5m and a few hundred thousands.

Wes evaluation is 220 cad, sending the report by standard post attracts additional 7 cad. 305 cad is for if you want the report to be sent via courier, which in my opinion is not necessary as the soft copy that you can download from their site is sufficient, and even with the standard post method, you may also receive the hard copy. I got mine when I wasn't expecting it.

Application fee is 825 CAD, biometrics is 85 CAD, RPRF is 500 CAD. Biometrics fee is only excluded if one has previously given biometrics in the last 10 years.

As for the exchange rate of 291, who will give you that? If you're relying on bank cards, then factor in the forex limit on the card to a meagre $100 or $200 per month.

Yes they will ask for your UK NI number at some point. You can start the application and see all the information needed. It is stated there. You can fill out the application just to see what you need even though you are not ready to pay immediately. Thats what I did

But the NIN is not a mandatory field. If one never worked in the UK, then they won't have it.

It is a location issue not a card issue. I faced similar difficulties when I wanted to get mine, until I changed my IP address to a foreign one and tried using my Nigerian card and it was successful.

No don't include bachelor's degree there, but while uploading documents for education, merge the ECA report, your masters and bachelor's certificate and IELTS TRF into one document and upload.

If you're evaluating using WES, then go ahead as you don't really need the physical copy in the event that it doesn't arrive. I however used the normal post and I received mine after some months when I wasn't expecting it.

The specified job duty you wrote isn't sufficient. Remember that in the reference letter which you'll be required to submit, your job duties should match with the duties under the NOC that you choose. It'll be better if the match is about 70%.

Due to the limit on Access Visa card, I had to pay only the application fee, which amounted to $910. I'll pay the RPRF when I get the request for it.

While you can do upfront medicals, I wouldn't quite advise it. Medicals is valid for 1 year, and doing it too early, coupled with the fact that you don't know how long the processing of your application would take after you've gotten ITA and submitted, you might be required to do another medicals if the previous one expires before your COPR is issued.
