Babalakin:You have to check the school you have in mind to apply for the PhD and check their requirements but in my opinion, I don't think there is any. The only available M.Sc in Faculty of Sciences is M.Sc Information Technology. In Health Sciences, there is only M.Sc. Public Health. If those M.Sc. programmes doesn't qualify you for the Ph.D. 1 Like |

Buzzgal:The exam date will most likely change because of the challenges in registration that we have seen so far. If however you are not comfortable about the timing, you can proceed to the study where you should ask that your entire registration (semester reg, course reg and exams reg) be dropped for the semester. They may drop course and exams reg and often leave the semester reg. If they do that, you will lose your semester registration fees as you will still be required to do the same by next semester. Failure to drop any of the registration implies you lose your semester reg fee and exams reg fee as you will be required to register for the semester and for the exams next semester. The early you start the process, the better. Cheers |

Yes, the current semester the second semester of 2024 hence 2024/2. Note that this does not translate into you being in second semester of your programme. In NOUN students begin their studies every semester and that implies that you while you are in your first semester, some students are in their second semester. Both UG and PG use same academic calendar. YEs, that is the current approved calendar although still subject to change due to some challenges with the current registration portal. If you however feel the time is short to study and prepare for exams, you can as well hold on with your registration till next semester which will begin by late December/January. That will have no effect on your programme aside delaying your graduation by a semester. 1 Like |

Rhyah:If you cannot, check if you really meet the requirements. You won't see the courses or programmes you don't meet the requirements. If however you are sure u meet the requirements, please check where you entered the results to make sure you didn't make mistakes. I helped someone resolve this issue last week. In his case, he had mistakingly omitted his Physics in one of the sittings. He was trying to apply for Computer Science and the option would not show up. |

Apination:I think you need to settle out things about your email first. The reason is that, you cannot proceed with your registration even after payments without the email. Why not send email to noumis@noun.edu.ng and copy same mail to centralinfo@noun.edu.ng. Make sure your give them your matriculation number and phone number as your full name and programme in the email. |

Apination:Bank transfer works well. Generate RRR, take a screenshot of the RRR and choose Bank Transfer mode. Use your Bank App to make the transfer to the account number generated within the 30mins specified. It saves time and stress. If however u are not used to that, you have to generate your RRR and take it to the bank and fill bank teller and make your payments |
