Please does this Transcript Request Form still apply currently and how do I get it?

Can't find it anywhere on the application form to download.
Pls if it's a self-filling form, someone that has it should kindly help share a clear copy

Just want to get this transcript process right the first time.
On the current portal, I haven't sent anything like it. You can send mail to centralinfo@noun.edu.ng, copy same to spgs@noun.edu.ng and ask if there is such currently.

please is there any course at NOUN I can use to get a PhD in renewable energy in Europe?
You have to check the school you have in mind to apply for the PhD and check their requirements but in my opinion, I don't think there is any.
The only available M.Sc in Faculty of Sciences is M.Sc Information Technology. In Health Sciences, there is only M.Sc. Public Health. If those M.Sc. programmes doesn't qualify you for the Ph.D.

Hi, how much should I prepare for undergraduate Certificate processing and

Do I need to go to Abuja to Collect the Certificate?
If you don't owe anything, about 25k. The faster way is to go to the HQ in Abuja. The online application takes quite a long time based on some people's experiences.

Please, I need your advice. I realised after registering my courses that the exam starts on the 15th of next month, which seems to be very short a time to cover 7 courses and be well prepped for exams.

Is it possible to hold off writing the exams and push it to next semester even though I have registered them?

I am running M.Ed in guidance and counselling.

Kindly advise. Thanks.
The exam date will most likely change because of the challenges in registration that we have seen so far. If however you are not comfortable about the timing, you can proceed to the study where you should ask that your entire registration (semester reg, course reg and exams reg) be dropped for the semester. They may drop course and exams reg and often leave the semester reg. If they do that, you will lose your semester registration fees as you will still be required to do the same by next semester.
Failure to drop any of the registration implies you lose your semester reg fee and exams reg fee as you will be required to register for the semester and for the exams next semester. The early you start the process, the better. Cheers

Please help if you can.

I am currently doing masters in Guidance and counselling (first semester). Does anyone have the soft copy of EDU 821 Educational statistics and EDU 807 A study guide for the distance learner?

They are not available on the portal and we have a very short time to read and prepare for exams.

If you have past questions too, that would go a long way. I have clicked all the links to past questions provided on this thread, none is working.

Use the same queries as seen in my screenshot and choose the first result

does it entail a one time submission of the report online or it is to presented physically?
I guess you didn't care to check the manual I told you to get.
In the ENT312 PDF guide available on the nou.edu.ng website, you will see the answer to this. I have the answer but you will miss out on other important info if you don't check it your self. It is just 3 pages.

What if one has tried the RRR and order Id countless time and it's still showing transaction pending... what do I do? Because I've sent a mail with my RRR to the noun bursary email I found on their site, I've not gotten a reply yet and the transfer is over 5hrs now...
Send the mail to centralinfo@noun.edu.ng and copy to noumis@noun.edu.ng

Hopefully, you get a fast response. Please add that you have sent ticket to Bursary and no response.

I funded the e-wallet from my bank, to register for courses for second semester, it was successful and the remitta receipt was sent to the student's email but on the school website it didn't direct me straight to the page where I'll continue the process. The money I paid for is not yet reflecting in the e-wallet. Please what should be done?
Login and go to the Bursary menu, the sub menu has a place to credit payment. You will be required to enter the RRR or Order ID and proceed. You will be redirect to a receipt of payment. Do that and you will see the money in your wallet. If you don't see it the first time, try it a second time.

Thank you for your response
Would have been nice to start fast but it's better to just wait as this short notice will put a lot of pressure on me + full time work.
I'd just print out the coursewares and start reading shaa

Another question pls
I want to process my transcript now...using the email option.
Pls what's NOUN's official email to add as recipient?
I believe they should accept e-transcript sent directly from my school.

Pls add me to any NOUN PG telegram or WhatsApp group...just to stay informed..my number is below
Or you can share the link..thank you

pgadmissions@noun.edu.ng

Kindly contact centralinfo@noun.edu.ng to confirm or send email to spgs@noun.edu.ng

But that is the email on the transcripts request form for last semester.

Yes, the current semester the second semester of 2024 hence 2024/2. Note that this does not translate into you being in second semester of your programme. In NOUN students begin their studies every semester and that implies that you while you are in your first semester, some students are in their second semester.

Both UG and PG use same academic calendar. YEs, that is the current approved calendar although still subject to change due to some challenges with the current registration portal.

If you however feel the time is short to study and prepare for exams, you can as well hold on with your registration till next semester which will begin by late December/January. That will have no effect on your programme aside delaying your graduation by a semester.

Admission form submitted and provisional admission letter issued with instructions to go to the study centre for screening.

Pls is this physical screening on a rolling basis or they have a start date for it?
Wouldn't want to be off work and end up getting the typical phrase "Come tomorrow".

Pls can anyone here give update on Port Harcourt study centre, if this screening is currently going on?

When is this current admission session expected to start?
And the transcript, what's the official email to send it to and what's the best time? After screening?

It is what you can do same day. It should not take time if they are not technical hitches from the portal. Make photocopies of your docs and go with the originals as well as passport photos. It should not take more than 20mins without technical issues.

Figured this out yet? I'm stuck at this point too.
If you cannot, check if you really meet the requirements. You won't see the courses or programmes you don't meet the requirements.
If however you are sure u meet the requirements, please check where you entered the results to make sure you didn't make mistakes.

I helped someone resolve this issue last week. In his case, he had mistakingly omitted his Physics in one of the sittings. He was trying to apply for Computer Science and the option would not show up.

Hello, everyone.

I'm trying to register but i've been stuck since i made payment on Saturday. After paying on Remita and redirected to the application page, I can't sign in as i never received an "Application Form Number".

I'd like to know if the Order ID or the Remita RN is the application FN or if it is something else entirely. I tried both and got an "incorrect application number error", I also tried the "Hanging Payment" option and received an error there as well. My payment was successful and i have an e-receipt from remita. I also went to the nearest center near me and they couldn't even help me, not even at the ICT center.

Is there a way i can navigate this or is there anyone here who could help me with this?
Use hanging payment option

Thanks. Can one make payments before having their mail verified? My mail is giving me an error message when I tried to log in and the people in my study center are more or less not being helpful in putting one through on what to do.
I think you need to settle out things about your email first. The reason is that, you cannot proceed with your registration even after payments without the email.
Why not send email to noumis@noun.edu.ng and copy same mail to centralinfo@noun.edu.ng. Make sure your give them your matriculation number and phone number as your full name and programme in the email.

What's the easiest way to make school fees payment and register courses?
Bank transfer works well. Generate RRR, take a screenshot of the RRR and choose Bank Transfer mode. Use your Bank App to make the transfer to the account number generated within the 30mins specified.
It saves time and stress. If however u are not used to that, you have to generate your RRR and take it to the bank and fill bank teller and make your payments
