It has not been easy.

With that amount you spend
Charle, I will stock the house with food for two months, and we won't exhaust most of it. It is provision for my kids, diaper and formula that will eat deep into the money.

If well sauteed, it is chewy and very delicious. You only need salt and black pepper to activate it's great taste.

It depends on which mushroom. You can grill portobello mushrooms and eat like steaks. Shiitake mushrooms too have a meaty texture.

Thanks for the enlightenment.
As much as I love food
I have never tasted mushrooms.
My colleagues pick them up at work, dragging it amongst themselves.
Still learning to enjoy avocado. For now those two.
One of my fantasy is to travel round Nigeria but now as a mum of two. That's dream is on hold. Hope to revisit it..

Worryingly:
Hello experienced people in the house. i already created a thread for this, but i didnt know there was a thread like this one.

I got married two years ago and since then, child birth has been a bit difficult.

I'm in my late twenties and in the first half of last year, I took in and later miscarried, I started noticing spots of blood and when I went to hospital, the doctor prescribed duphaston, eventually I miscarried and doctor used mispprostol to evacuate. Two months later, I took in again and after 7 weeks, I went for an ultrasound the result summarily was "no fetal pole or yolk sac" and was told to return in 2 weeks, result was same. After 10 weeks, doctor advised me to evacuate as it wasnt progressing. The diagnosis was blighted ovum. I was advised to wait for 3-4months before taking in again which I did.

These are senior consultants and even a prof, so I wholly trust their expertise.

Last month, I had sex while ovulating and I genuinely thought I would conceive. I had all the symptoms. But my period still came. It's becoming really unsettling.

I've seen the doctors with my husband and even asked them if he has to do any test. But they said no need as I'm actually taking in that it would have been concerning if I wasnt getting pregnant. I wondered if it was a problem from him and they said no. They also said i shouldnt bother that miscarriages is the body's way of expelling abnormal fetuses. I've had to do a range of tests including progesterone and other infection tests and they all came out well. Doctors said everything is fine. I had an abdominal ultrasound done, and the radiologist said I'm completely fine.

But I'm very worried. My husband have been a perfect man, but I know he is worried deep down, even though he womt show it.

Please does anyone have this experience or idea of how to go about this? The consultant prescribed vasopressin which i stopped at the advised time while I continued folic acid.

My mom gave me some leaves to boil and drink that it will help.

I really need help.

Like someone said we all have a story to tell.
They are suppose to conduct test for your husband.
During our time the consultant while teaching the students with him said he would never make such mistakes again that while investigating the wife, investigate the husband too.

Today to the glory of God
We are parents to two lovely children
A girl and a boy

Education / Re: Brain Drain Of Teachers In Private Schools: What's The Way Forward? by kinah(f): 10:32am On Feb 22
Everyone is right.

A BIG YES
SCHOOL BUSINESS IS VERY LUCRATIVE.
let's say you have 100 pupils.
75 will pay in full
15 half
10 won't pay or pay little.

After all expenses, there is still a reasonable amount left. Which from it a school owner can pay his or her salary and still have a lot left. But most live a flamboyant lifestyle.even the religious one amongst them.

There is a specie of Nigerian rice that she is talking about. You have to add plenty ingredients to cook it or else. That specie of rice you use 2x the normal seasoning. Looking at it you would know.
There is also a particular kind of rice no matter how delicious you stew or soup. Put it on the rice, it will be bland

A simple meal ooo… jollof rice

Groundnut oil
Tomatoes,rodo,shumbo and tin tomatoes
Curry masala
Maggi knorr
Salt
Bay leaf
Chicken broth

Maybe cause the rice is Nigerian rice…

Nigerian rice won't let your Jollof rice come out
Well

It needs alot of pepper and seasoning to get the best out of it
