You will understand better if you are familiar with lekki/ Ajah axis. That is how it's being done here due to the nature of the soil

I think I've seen Brabus done sumting lyk this,but I don't know if it was later lifted under or was left on the surface permanently.

My site is a water logged too,I may do something like this.Can u pls explain a little bit about this pls?

But you have no choice anyway if you are building in a water-logged area. That is more reason i will never buy a water-logged land, i am too poor for that expenses.
