Maybe some corrupted system drivers were removed. Go to device manager and see if there are missing drivers.

most toshiba use to av usb problem and it most time hardware because d flex dat join d usb port to d mother board, is soft and can disconnect and more of dust inside d usb port coz it too.

they will change it.. D problem is clear nw wit d information. It in between ur hard disk or d window itself needs to be format. if they gives you d option of formating tell dem u will return it if it misbehave again because dey suppose to change d hard disk but dey won't because it cost.

Took it to them today and they made me fill a form...they said they will send it to their head quarters in lagos and I should check back before a months time... imagine! a whole month. Well I told d agent I will not have a refurbished laptop so if they as much as put a screw out n put it back.. I ain't gonna take it.

Dat y I hate buying any computer stuff from all dis big companies dat as names u will knw there tru colour wen things goes wrong.
As an Engrn I deal wit some1 I knw if what I buy is faulty I can return it and collect another 1 without story.

if u Don't av antivirus too on ur system (working antivirus ) den ur system already has virus and it will slow it down sure.

Run 'Disk Space Cleanup Manager' to delete useless files n free up some space. It ain't a total solution but it'll boost ur system performance a lil, and also, reduce the number of apps that automatically startup when you boot your system and finally, uninstall apps that you're not using again

I have over 20 printers installed on my computer but i find it difficult to print with them from some applications. E.g. Ms-Excell and PDF. If i use these apps, i will see only about two or three printers when i want to print. But other apps like Ms-Word always show me all installed printers. What could be the problem.
