This Buhari is a very funny man.

At first he said his documents as filled in his form are with the military. He then made a U turn to say it's with his school after the military denied him. When it was discovered that the principal didn't have the genuine certificate, he's now making another U turn, this time around he's saying his documents are with INEC .

This man is a confused man . He thinks INEC will save him. He'll be surprised how INEC will deny him just the way the military denied him .

The way this certificate issue has been handled brings his integrity to question. Why all this beating about the bush?

A man of integrity would handle it this way: 'You want my certificate? Fine, here it is' And he will produce it thereby clearing every doubt.
