Can't be done.South Africa cannot hand over Bashir.
The repercussions would be felt all over.
Bashir committed war crimes, but it would be left for a subsequent Sudanese govt to repatriate him or not, not to a foreign govt he was allowed to set foot on.Its like kidnapping a foreign president,it's not done.
What repercussion? They'll hand him over and nothing will happen.

embarrassing

No, what is embarrassing is how you are faking practicing democracy so you can get more Foreign direct investment into your economy.

OohLalah:

Your obsession with SA and your mental issues by virtue of being Nigerian are clouding your thinking. Why would you be so concerned about any decline in our economy and problems with our labour issues when Nigeria is in worse situation with Boko Haram et al?
This was nothing out of the ordinary in civilized nations. It is a normal legal right and process in any fully fledged democraticy. This was never about Al Bashir but an exercise in strengthening our democracy.
Hope you can sleep well seemingly you are busy cramming our tourism stats et al. Goodluck to you!

Who said I was concerned.... I was merely stating the obvious diversionary tactics often used by the so called "civilized" South African State.

since your brain is specifically made for little matters. have you ever ask your dad the reason why after arresting or murdering all these leaders the problem triples, just like in Libya and Iraq. just know it from today that the problems with Africa starts and ends with these white folks.

If you don't know, just see it today that arresting a sitting African president in a meeting of sovereign leaders is a big insult to your continent.

Please don't take continental insult for restoration.

And please don't quote me again.
if u dnt want me quotin you ,Neva ,Neva nd Neva again shud u mention my home country .u not worthy

I'm sure u meant 'SOUTH AFRICANS'. They are white arze lickers. Nigeria should start using their economic and political clout to put them in their place. Their stupidity is too much. I don't know why their Zuma wasnt stoned when he visited Nigeria

That is it!
We African are always being mocked heavily this europeans for. Our foolishness. They mock us openenly in every internationl political meetings asking our reps :j why are african leaders so corrupt? The sacarcm is just to gigantic. Who corrupt african leaders by branwashng them if not theis so called GREAT 7? And they will still bé asking you such question.
If you take note, it's the third world countries that are been allowed to get 'roated' in the I.C.C.
South-Africa if they do not want political and economic problem should never dare to think with there foot and hand-over that man to the REAL Global Murders of people I mean the G7.

The west will never mind their business. Have they arrested the god of war called Bush whose actions and so called war on terror led to the death of millions in the middle east? One of the reasons why buhari should cut ties with them and create ties with Russia, Venezuela, North Korea and China.

we 1st nid to check if ur in the country legally , we no how igbos operate . But u seem vested in our matters . If u wer half as interested in Nigerian affairs that jungle wud get sum order

Assumptions are for the weak minded.

Lets give you the benefit of the doubt though and agree with your assumptions I was the only Nigerian you claim is vested in "your" matters, that leaves 169,999,999 million Nigerians who are genuinely interested in Nigerian Affairs.

The math would simply point to the fact that I don't think the rest of the Nigerian population wouldn't be able to do quite well without me in bringing order to the country, no?

Whats their goddamn business. Am not saying omar is a saint but why do africans always betray themselves and play a bootlicker to the west. APATHAID MENTALITY

It's not their fault when you (Africans) don't want to arrest and prosecute a war criminal and a monster, so they (the west) have to. Don't be a mumu, its not about a race or politics, its about the ability to do the right thing or not.
Re: Sudan president detained in South Africa pending court order by badman007(m): 8:45am On Jun 15, 2015
This precedence is really bad... Anytime United States or Britain decides to arrest any African president, let's not forget we started doing this to ourselves first... Shame on African Leaders.. Going by this action, American president needs to be in prison for war crimes in the middle east and Libya..
