You are on computer records in Shengan (Europe) as a civil servant. (Thanks to your THIEF / agent.)
Anything that you submit now must explain this or you will be seen as a fraud and banned.

Also if you wish to use your business as a reason to travel then you must apply for a business visa and meet the qualifications for that.
If you want visitors visa then you need funds in a personal account, not business.

Not difficult but you must stick to the rules.

That is what I was told. That everything about me is already in their system. The agent didn't refund me any amount. How should I go wit this sir? I don't have invitation letter but I have proves that I am doing the business. Eg. Bill of loading, transfer slips, vehicles license with my name. They will expect to see at least one year trading from a business with preferably tax returns and bank statements to prove that it is genuine.
You can try with what you have but it is not a sure thing.

He has one year contract as a Consultant to an XYZ company, and the XYZ company is sending him to the UK to negotiate contract. The UK firm already forwarded invitation letter and they have a business dealing together worth 50,000 GBP which XYZ has already paid to the UK firm in full.

He's ready to submit his application this week, but the XYZ company only provided him with the Company's registration documents without the tax clearance certificate.

Apparently the XYZ company does not have the TCC available. Will the application fly without the Tax clearance??

You need to make the payslips 6 months and your account balance is a Big NO

Y should he sponsor u when u ve a job? U may not even spend up to 250k for ur travelling expenses but u need to demonstrate that u can conveniently afford it before the ECO else u ll be seen as a potential "runaway"

i read here that lump sum is not allow since currently i have less than 200k dose that mean i have to wait for another six to one year to build the money up, since i have one source of income with is salary


i have a close relationship with my hr and my boss is there anything they can do in term of sponsoring.

The embassy can easily run a check to find out if the company pays tax in the UK or not so that is not really a problem

You should mention their refusal so the VO does not think you are hiding facts, but they will have the records on computer.
It will do no harm to include a copy.

What you MUST do is to address the reasons for their refusal and put them right.
Otherwise they will be refused again.

Do not rush to apply with this your present situation or else u might likely be refused.
I will advice u to build your account over a period of time.
Since u earn about #150k. Just manage not to withdraw more than 50k per month for next 3months , by then u ll comfortably have more than 500k in your account.
Then you ll have a better chance than now.

This is a good price I would say, I personally wouldnt go with the Middle Eastern airlines, because the travel times are too damn long, dont be afraid to check out the european airlines these can also be quite cheap, such as Iberia, KLM , Air France
