I had an HSG test last year and they saw tubal blockage and submucous fibroid and my doctor suggested surgery so I flee.
my marriage is getting to 2yrs but no preggo.and I suffer from severe menstrual pains every month I mean severe as per wen it comes I can't stand up erect or do anytin.
yesterday I went for another HSG test and here is the result. Pls help me interprete d result and advise me on Wat to do pls......
HSG result:
1) the cervical canal appears irregular in its outline with irregular filling defects noted within it.
2) the uterine cavity is preserved in its size and outline with persistent deviation to the right side of the pelvis likely due ipsilateral pelvis adhesions.
3) there is a persistent dilatation of the right fallopian tube fimbrial end with minimal peritoneal contrast medium spill.
4) the left fallopian tube appears persistently dilated with no peritoneal spill noted from its fimbrial end.
5) intravasation of contrast medium noted.
conclusion: Bilateral hydrosalphinx with right.
I will be seeing my doctor 2moro but pls I need u guys to interpret it ist for me n advise. Tanx. Baby dust to u all....

One of your tubes is blocked abi I read am well.

There is hidrosalpinx in your enemies tube. I think you need that serap, that drug picture posted above and guifei bao to clear it.

Be positive in your faith while using them and prayerful pls. Tell Jehovah God to work in them as you are using them. Yeah mamas are testifying about it through God's command on the treatment cos He has ways of answering his people. Eat right( more of protein, fruits and vegetables) reduce intake of carbohydrates. God's grace dear.

@ Sugah am telling you, after removing the seed your VJ will just go MIA. I used a douche bottle filled with warm water and tiny ACV cos i was scared of leaving the stuff inside, apart from introducing infection into VJ, using my fingers didn't go far but i think mamas here said it would come out on it's own for that IDK

please dont begin to insert your fingers into your vagina please, if the waste doesnt come out upon removal of the pills, the body has a way of removing it naturally. it will come out on its on, even the manufacturer doesnt advise you insert you hand into your vagina because you could simply be introducing infection into your body. and that is why you will see a two finger sized gloove in each unit pack of guifei bao.

My boys are are 16months plus old today, and i found out that i am pregnant again, without even expecting it..
Please help me to thank God with me, i was diagnosed of having huge uterine fibroid, and the doctor told me in 2013 that i will not been able to conceive due to the fibroid except they have to do surgery, but to the glory of GOD i took in that same 2013 without the surgery and i gave birth to twin boys. and today i am pregnant again without expecting it.
My brothers and sisters there is hope, just keep on praying , and keep having faith and GOD will do it for u all in Jesus name.

Thanks so much for the tip about the side pain. It came today and for the first time in over a year, ovulation test came out positive, maybe cos I checked at the right time this cycle. Today is cd28 of my 33 day cycle. Is it normal to ovulate late in the cycle?

Hi Nwarosa, it is rather late to ovulate but you should baby dance to cover all bases then you wait to see if u miss ur period and then u can do a pregnancy test because some ovulation strips can also detect early pregnancy. If you aren't pregnant, then you may have luteal phase defect which is when the 2nd half of your menstrual cycle or the luteal phase (which is the days after ovulation to when the menstrual period of a new cycle begins) is shorter than 11 days. Normal luteal phase is 12-16 days and if really you ovulated on the 28th day, then you can see that your luteal phase is just 5 days.
If you aren't pregnant in this cycle, I suggest you go and see your doctor, do a day 2 or 3 FSH, LH and do a Progesterone test in the new cycle, also do a Thyroid function test, Check for Prolactin(does your breast bring out water or milk?) You can also do an ultrasound scan to rule out PCOS and HSG to rule out any deformities in the uterus. With the results of your investigation, I am sure your attending Gynaecologist or reproductive endocrinologist will know what steps to take from there. Hope your hubby has done his SFA.
