That condition you were mentioning were only to make him materialize physically.

During the war arc, it started losing its consistency. Discussions on naruto site changed to questions, plot holes and debates which had various ideas but none correct....2013 I decided to see what OP looked like since twas rated the best, came across Kingdom and Death Note too.....compared to this 3 series, Naruto war arc, is nonsense..... I immediately stopped reading Naruto so I'll have time for my final exams (during which I was still reading OP). I only took a week to read through after it had finished and went to see endless debates on narutobase due to the crap writing. So technically, I stopped 2 years ago, I only wanted to see how it ended and saw a crybaby villain and an unnecessary fight between Naruto and Sasuke.

You can try well to cover it up but its still evident that Kishi lost it, apart from the inconsistent writing even his drawings during the war arc had more mistakes than the rest of Naruto put together.

Those criticizing Naruto should go and write their own instead of sounding like some bad-mouthed people (lolz).

Now to the war arc, I saw little wrong in it, until whatever it was decided to stretch it with Madara canceling out Edo Tensi. Actually, when I said Naruto ended in pain arc, I didn't mean that it totally lost its flavour then....but every other thing done after it were preparations to pave way to the war arc, then the fans were expecting it to be big. I like Naruto because of its complexity, it grants you the freedom to think up possibilities for yourself following the laid down principles of the story. What you see as inconsistencies are simply puzzles that need solving, but then if you're able to think up something for youself, you might discover an inconsistency that I might not have a suitable answer for, but then I'll definitely give you an explanation. Read the dialogues, imagine the actions or movements, it may take a while but you'll get used to it. Anime should've been better though, with the fitting theme songs and all that...but it adds many unnecessary scenes and sometimes loses the flow of the story and its author.

You are confusing things and digressing. By that logic, we are able to see instances of chakra able to exist in death, grant power to others and take the form of its owner. When Rikudo's chakra met Naruto and Sasuke, it appeared bearing all his features including his 3 syes. When Kushina chakra appeared in Naruto, she was able to suppress Kyuubi and share stories with Naruto. Now when Nagato made his puppets and summonings, they all possess his eyes, same with when Obito made his puppets{they even possessed both sharingan and rinnegan}. You might want to argue that his puppets didn't use his powers to the fullest but don't forget that they are actually dead and he wasn't even the original owner of the eyes.

Now whatever conditions you want have been met, chakra can be programmed, chakra is capable of possessing considering power of its original owner.

1. Nagato was projecting through Puppets. As of now only the rinnegan is capable of such a feat. Without him the won't even move.

2. Sasuke and naruto received powers that they cud have, not what they couldn't. Eg sasuke was the one that received the rinnegan, not naruto. Had naruto received it, u would have had a point. Another point was that itachi gave sasuke amateratsu, a sharingan power. Do you see what I mean?

3. Kushina and minato's chakra suppressing the kyuubi has no business here, she didn't give him. Physical powers.

The powers given to people are either pure chakra for more vitality or abilities in line with their power. Kakashi wasn't even an uchiha, therefore it made no sense that he would receive physical eyes from an uchiha in ghost mode.
