misplace priorities on the side of the government and ipob, that helo.that can't hover in the air to counter the flag of those lunatics of a bokoharam where the government forces struggling to assert nigeria sovereignty. the ipob should table a more genuine demand not the secession stuff. strongly believe nigeria need everyone to make it a great nation.

Nigeria can only pretend and postpone the Biafra secession; it will CERTAINLY happen very soon. Whether the SS wakes up or not, the Igbo nation will definitely secure that which it seeks.

Flying the Nigerian flag over the SE won't intimidate anybody any more; the people are gradually becoming more emboldened and determined in their pursuit. If the hypocritical British could grant Scotland, which has been a part of it since 1707 a referendum, why should the Nigerian government, which was lumped together by the wicked and thuggish British government, not do same to a people that were forcefully coerced into it? It's a question of time.

No amount of intimidation and threat will quench the Biafran spirit; you can't oppress a people forever.

As soon as the Civil war was over, intelligent and smart government would have paid more attention to the East and make rapid development possible, in a bid to foster true peace and unit with the Igbos who were killed for refusing to be a part of Nigeria, but alas, the Nigerian government, being a black people, further systematically emasculated and limited the development and growth of the Eastern while deploying their resources to build strange cities, thinking the embers of the civil war would have died a natural death. That was a fatal lie that has come back to hurt them.

The federal government must release Nnamdi Kanu and seek genuine efforts at addressing the deep concerns of the Igbo nation.

And for all those who are waiting on the FG to kill the Igbos for choosing their own destinies, you all will be disappointed and shall be alive to witness a referendum happen live in the SE. It's shameful to read you hate comments towatds the Igbos and you still want them to share the same nation with you. You'll appreciate how serious this movement is.

God bless the Igbo nation.

Please what is the perimeter of the Igbo nation?
Scotland is not a good analogy here please.
The problem after the civil war was that able and intelligent Igbo people wasted away and that in itself systematically marginalized the region and its potential impact.
My concern is that once again, we are about loosing potential Coscharis, potential Innoson, potential Chicasson to some vague and baseless ideology.
If an Enugu man does not regard the Anambra man, the move can only go some length...

As part of Nigeria, Ibos are marginalised by power drunken north with support from their zombies somewhere down south.
Now they want to leave and these fools won't let them like this chanchit of a dog.
No where on earth is an unwelcome guest prevented from taking his leave except in Nigeria.

I'm a bendelite but fully support the cause of Biafra.
The Ibos are their own betrayal. When Ojukwu 'the Hero' contested for president, how many south eastern votes did he get? They instead voted for a yoruba man.
What is happening now is not because of the spirit of Biafra, but because PDP lost.

Booooohari and his government are crazy Mofos I swear, they claim not to be disturbed by the IPOB protest yet they waste time flying a flag that Booooohari has done well to rubbish internationally over peaceful protesters. For all the people screaming kill biafrans, bomb them, destroy them!. I can understand you may not like biafrans but why would you want them killed? They are not stopping any one who chooses to stay with nigeria they just want out!. If you so much hate biafrans why not disassociate yourselves by supporting them to leave nigeria. And go live in biafra

God bless the Igbo nation.

Guy, my belle just dey dance as I dey read this ur comment. E sweet my belle wella. Especially where u talked about how the govt, in their so-called reconstruction actually left the devastated east where the war was fought, to "reconstruct" other areas.

You nailed it on the head: the Nigerian govt has been delibrately shying away from addressing rightful concerns of the Igbo nation.

But all that is about to change (afterall we are in the era of change). The marginalisation WILL be addressed with or without Nigeria's consent. Forces behind the scene will accomplish that.

The Igbo nation has always been blessed, but its about to show forth in ways never imagined before.

In the end there SHALL be peace.
