There are so many other AU Countries that are not Ecowas members and of course he must be referring to them.

the gas and Alomo you mentioned are bi-lateral trades. We were not giving them gas or getting Alomo for free. So GH has nothing to lose. First, if you read the REAL message of the Ghanaian president to the AU, he is expanding access to Ghana to all AU member countries (mind you, ECOWAS countries have the priviledge too) and he urged others to follow his foot steps; and it will be visa on arrival, not going to apply at the embassy

This is a flagrant violation of freedom of movement within ECOWAS member states as guaranteed under the ECOWAS treaty. Ghana should be thrown out of ECOWAS if they go ahead with this.
