Please what exactly are we doing to sterm the tide of herdsmen attack on our people within the Uzo-uwani axis of Enugu. All we've been hearing in the news are all bad reports about community cleansing by this gun wielding cattle rearers. What is happening Ndi Enugu? Why is the Governor silent, and what show of cowardice have enveloped the youths of those areas recently. Biko ndi nwem, puta nu kanyi tighe onu na okwu ahu.

That issue is a national issue that needs serious and sincere solution.

This thread has become dormant which is a reflection of the state.
I really don't know what the governor is doing.

I was born in Enugu state, Nsukka zone, had my primary education in Enugu Ezike and later left for secondary education in my local govt of Nkanu, I was in Ozalla Boys for 6 years. I have lived in Udi zone for the past 20 years, working and doing business everywhere, especially in the capital city of Enugu. So you can see there are very few people that knows Enugu like I know it. The 3 senatorial zones of Enugu will be covered in my analysis of Enugu, maybe this thread will change a few things, and make our government to think (if they still have that ability) cheesy

Amaechi and Buhari should do all they can to modernize Enugu's runway in such a way that it doesn't get too flooded during thunderstorms; and extend it to no less than 3.8km. Two layers of perimeter fencing, as recommended by ICAO, should also be constructed.

Without those improvements the likes of Emirates and Lufthansa will continue to avoid the airport. A new int'l terminal building, as we have discovered, is not enough to attract the world's top airlines.

I would have loved to, there are a lot of things happening which I would have loved to update, but other factors keep interfering.

I was in ninth mile to see the new road bypass and look for good lands to turn to an estate there, I also withnessed the Trans Ekulu to Nike road works by our governor. Some of the works are in my blog, it is well.

Amaechi? LOL

That is the last thing on this clown's mind. You can forget about anything East for him (despite the fact that everyone else knows who he is, but he does not).

Buhari? Did you see how the Al-Jazeera reporter dealt with him even though Buhari and co think they are part of the ARAB community? Well they are not, and neither is the East as far as Ni.gga Area is concerned.

So, I expect another 3 years of silence

You can do it sir, you contribution here goes a long way in putting the government on its toes. Thanks sir!

17 firms for privatisation, commercialisation By Francis Igata Residents of Enugu State are in a frenzy following the readiness of the administration of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to host the Enugu Maiden Investment Summit, christened,”Oganiru Enugu State”(Progress of Enugu State), expected to re-launch the economic fortunes of the state into the global arena. The summit, geared towards attracting prospective investors to take over some state owned companies and corporations through the Privatization and Commercialization Council, inaugurated by the governor, will serve as a catalyst to reposition Enugu economically. Sunday Vanguard’s visit to the Micheal Okpara Square, venue of the two-day summit, holding 12-14 April, showed that facilities to be used for the exercise were being put in place. It was also found that the Senior Special Adviser,SSA,Project Development Implementation, PDI, to the Governor, Uchenna Abel Nwobodo, had erected a tent where he sleeps within the premises, to ensure that the facilities were ready. At the street leading to the venue, new street light poles have been mounted while flood lights in the venue were being test run to ensure illumination during the summit. Electricians from the PDI office had their hands full, trying to ensure that the 1,000KVA standby generator installed in the square was functioning optimally to serve as alternative power supply. The flowers within and outside the square have been cut into lush green lawns.
